REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Femmell, we are committed to providing premium wellness supplements designed to support your well-being. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you do not notice a difference after 30 days of consistent use, you may be eligible for a refund of the product cost. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse of this guarantee, the following conditions apply: The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Proof of consistent product use must be provided. To submit a claim, customers must provide: Weekly photos of the product bottle next to a visible current date (such as a phone screen showing the date or a calendar). Photos must be taken at least once per week during the 30-day usage period. A written summary of your experience, including how the product was used and the results observed (or not observed). Refund requests under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee must be submitted between 30 and 35 days after delivery. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible. All returns must include the original packaging and any remaining product.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by our support team.
GENERAL RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return: Products must be unused and unopened Items must be returned in their original packaging Returns must be authorized by our support team prior to being shipped Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse team. Product inspections typically take up to 48 hours after receipt.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
For subscription purchases, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle is processed. Once payment has been processed and the order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as our system immediately begins preparing orders to ensure timely delivery.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to process the refund.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, except where permitted under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
